That's mainly what I write about (so this is more of a blog than a Blawg), but sometimes I cover legal stuff if I haven't had enough of it that day. I'm not selling or advertising anything... I really am just interested in this stuff.

Why the name?

When I started this blog I was living on the Wirral Peninsula (where's that?). It seemed like a nice little play on words.

Now I don't live on a peninsula and I don't write much about law it doesn't seem quite so clever. My advice to anyone starting to write a blog? Bear this kind of thing in mind as it is hard to change it later.

Legal Stuff

If you search really carefully, you may stumble across comments or views about the law. If you are lucky enough to spot one in the wild, please bear in mind that it doesn't constitute legal advice and you shouldn't rely on it for any purpose.
