Memo for iCloud
Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 2:05PM Third party app developers don't seem to have raced to embrace iCloud, but if you want to see (for free) how it works across iPad, iPhone and Mac then it may be worth downloading Memo.
This is a simple sticky notes app which works across iOS devices and the Mac and syncs your notes using iCloud.
It's a great illustration of one of my favourite things about iCloud. No setup or account details. You just download the app to your devices. Then once you create a note it appears on all your devices in seconds.
As with IA Writer, if you edit a memo which is open on another device your changes pop up in the memo on the other device too.
It's free (although ad supported) so if you want to test drive cross-platform iCloud without paying for IA Writer then I recommend giving it a shot.
